My order showed up missing some cupcakes, and it took support a few days to get back to me. They did refund part of it, but by then the party had already happened, so it didn’t really help much

I ordered from bakedbymelissa.com because I saw a promo code and figured, why not. The discount helped a little, but once shipping got added, it kind of stopped feeling like much of a deal, which was annoying. The cupcakes were cute and tasted good, but they were smaller than I thought they’d be. I’m glad I tried them, but I don’t know if I’d be in a rush to order again unless the promo was actually better.

I thought the cupcakes were okay overall. The texture was mostly fine, but a few of them were kind of dry... like, not bad exactly, just missing a little moisture or something.

Well... I tried checking out a few times, but my card kept getting declined for no clear reason. The payment just never went through, which was frustrating.

I expected a bit more from such a well-known brand. The website looks polished, but the overall experience just didn’t feel that dependable to me. I also noticed the reviews are mixed, which made me question things even more. For the price they’re charging, I was hoping for something that felt more solid. I’m careful about where I spend my money, and this just didn’t feel worth it to me. Probably won’t be ordering again.

I was trying to order cupcakes for a small party, but the allergen info just didn’t feel clear enough for me to be comfortable with it.

Some ingredients were listed, but I had to click around a bit, and I was still left wondering about cross contact or whether the recipes ever change. Not sure how to explain it, but it didn’t feel like the kind of info you can confidently rely on when someone has nut and dairy allergies.

I’m not saying the customer service is bad or anything, I just didn’t feel safe placing the order. I really think the site should make ingredients and allergens much easier to find before checkout

I placed my order earlier in the day and when I picked it up later, everything was exactly right. All the cupcakes were there, nothing missing, and it was just what I expected...

The cupcakes showed up late, which was a little frustrating. Not sure how to explain it, but it kind of took away from the excitement a bit.

I was really happy with how easy it was to find vegan options here. There were lots of choices, lots of choices, and it felt like there was something for everyone.

Support got back to me fast. Fixed my order issue right away. No hassle...

I tried placing my order a few times and it just kept failing for no obvious reason. Super annoying, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t really much help either. Kinda felt like a whole hassle for something that should’ve been easy.

i mean, there were so many flavors to choose from that it made the whole thing fun. I liked being able to try a bunch without feeling like I was getting bored. Some flavors were definitely better than others, but overall it was a really fun mix. I’d order them again for a party.

I ordered from Baked by Melissa for my friend’s birthday, and it was such an easy little gift idea. I liked being able to pick the flavors, and the gift note made it feel more personal without me having to overthink it. Also, the packaging was really cute, which always helps because I’m terrible at wrapping things myself.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because the customization part at checkout could’ve been a little clearer. I found myself going back and double-checking a couple things, like wait, did I pick the right option? But it all turned out really cute in the end, and my friend loved it, so I’d definitely do it again.

I got these for my sister’s birthday because they looked really cute online, and to be fair, they were cute in person too. But when the box showed up, it felt smaller than I expected for the price. Delivery was fine, no drama there, which is always a relief because I once had a birthday gift show up two days late and it still annoys me. Anyway, these were nice enough, but they didn’t really have that “special surprise” feeling I was hoping for. More like something fun to snack on while watching TV than an actual birthday gift.

I ordered a big batch of cupcakes it was kind of disappointing. They showed up late, and a few of the boxes were crushed when they got here. The cupcakes tasted okay, but the whole process was frustrating. It also felt like the expectations kept shifting, like one thing would be confirmed and then suddenly there was another issue or change to deal with. For a bulk order, I was hoping it would be smoother. Not really worth the hassle in the end.

The treats are cute and actually good, but they’re definitely on the pricey side. I’m always a little skeptical when a company makes everything sound perfectly handcrafted and magical, but these were nice overall. Just not something I’d buy all the time.

These are perfect little bite-size snacks, just enough when I want something small. Fair warning though, they’re easy to keep reaching for because they’re so cute and tasty

These were really cute when I opened the box, and I had a weirdly strong happy feeling about the colors and tiny little sizes. The labels were nice too, just made everything feel easy and kind of fun without having to guess what was what.

That said, some of them had shifted around during delivery, and the frosting just didn’t have that clean, look I was expecting from the photos. I still liked them overall, but I don’t know, I really felt like the presentation could’ve been a bit neater.

I ordered from Baked by Melissa and the packaging was really nice. Everything showed up neat and secure, and I’d say all the cupcakes were still in good shape with no real mess in the box. The little containers seemed to keep them in place, and it still looked cute when I opened it. It definitely felt like they put some care into shipping. I’d probably order again.

I ordered these for a birthday, so I was really hoping they’d show up looking nice... but they arrived in rough shape. A bunch of the mini cupcakes had flipped over, frosting was stuck all over the lid, and a few were basically smashed into each other. The ice pack was warm too, which didn’t help. They tasted okay, so there’s that, but they definitely weren’t something I could give as a gift. For the price, it was disappointing.
